The United Way - Football Academy
Welcome From Sir Alex
Here at Manchester United we pride ourselves on the level of importance we place on developing young players. Whether in the MUFC Academy and first team, or at one of our many Manchester United Soccer Schools courses across the UK and throughout the world, few football clubs are as devoted to youth development as this club.
MoreHistory & Background
Since our formation in 1999, we have travelled across the globe delivering football education and enjoyment to thousands of boys and girls. We have been privileged to have met many inspirational people who share our passion for the game and commitment to the development of young people.
MorePhilosophy
Our staff share a passion for the game that is transferred through to all participants. Players will be allowed to express themselves, play without fear of making mistakes, be encouraged to make their own decisions in sessions and discover the joy of football.
MoreWorld Skills Final
On our Residential Courses and soccer camps you will take part in a number of unique skills challenges. These challenges are specifically tailored so all participants, regardless of age, can compete on level terms. One player from each Residential Course will be selected to compete in the World Skills Final at Old Trafford.
MoreChampions Day
Champions Day is held on the pitch at Old Trafford. This event is a real Manchester United Soccer Schools celebration where young players selected from Manchester United Soccer Schools’ football training camps get to tread the famous turf at the Theatre of Dreams.
MoreEquipment
The equipment we use on all our kids football courses is based on what is used at the famous Manchester United Academy. Our experience has taught us exactly the right equipment to help our coaches deliver first-class sessions.
MoreDevelopment Model
We understand that all children learn in different ways and our coaches are trained in delivering our syllabus to all types of personalities and abilities so that each player can achieve their highest level of performance.
