Canadian Courses
From April 2006 to September 2008 MUSS delivered programs attended by over 1800 children. By having a year round presence in Oakville during this time, MUSS were able to deliver a variety of programs including; Skills Development courses, Summer programs and community initiatives in schools throughout the area. The response to the programs were fantastic and the courses even offered the opportunity for players to compete in the World Skills Final held at Old Trafford, Manchester.
Skills Finalist
The second year of skills competitions in Canada has resulted in a strongly contested Canadian skills final at Appleby College in Oakville. Stephan scholz, the winner of the Canadian skills final will be representing Canada in the world skills final in Manchester later this year. His consistency and ability will be an asset to any competition and he will definitely be a player to look out for in Manchester. The experience in itself will be invaluable for any young aspiring soccer player and enjoying the experience will be the main focus for all the competing players of this competition. Stephan will be competing against skills final winners from around the Globe and like all contestants will be looking to take the title of “world skills final winner” from last year’s winner, Will Drinkwater from the US.
