Sir Alex Ferguson looks set to make his third signing of the summer if Tiago Manuel Dias Correia (better known as ‘Bebe’) completes a medical on Friday.
The Reds announced yesterday that it had reached agreement with Portuguese club Vitoria de Guimaraes for the purchase of 20-year-old striker for an undisclosed fee.
Personal terms have been agreed with the Cacém-born (Portugal) forward, so a successful medical would see him join Chris Smalling and Javier Hernandez as the trio of new faces in United’s squad for the 2010/11 season.
