Manchester United Soccer Schools will be travelling across the UK and Ireland again in 2010 and taking in several brand new locations.
Player Development Courses will take place in 55 locations next year, including new venues such as Exeter, Taunton, Plymouth, Clare, Galway, Swindon, Basingstoke, Cambridge, Nottingham, Birmingham, Stafford, Bradford, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Southampton and West London. So the message of playing the United way will be taken far and wide once again.
Emma Savage, Head of Manchester United Soccer Schools, says that all the coaches are excited about the 2010 schedule. “Player Development Courses have become increasingly popular every year, as they offer young players so much more than just football training,” she said. “Children gain so much confidence from attending our courses, which are designed to help develop vital social skills as well as their technique on the pitch.”
Places on next year’s courses are available now, click here, and cost £67.95 or €84.95. Simply enter your postcode to find out the course nearest to you.
One youngster from each course will get the chance to attend Champions Day, click here for more info. Plus two tickets to a Premier League game will be given away at each course.
Emma believes even more youngster will benefit from the Soccer Schools’ Player Development courses and have a hugely enjoyable time too. “Since 1999 we have built a programme of Soccer Schools that promote a lifelong passion for the game, which is why we have young players returning year in, year out.”
