Manchester United Soccer Schools are all set for a trip to the Isle of Man in February 2009. Our coaches will be visiting two junior clubs on the island to undertake back-to-back Club Development Courses. They will be bringing the Manchester United philosophy and state of the art training equipment and techniques direct to the young players attending.

 

Whether in the UK or around the globe Manchester United Soccer Schools bring a unique spirit and environment to every city, town or club they visit. Players will be allowed to express themselves, play without fear of making mistakes, and will be encouraged to make their own decisions in training and match play.

 

According to MUSS UK Program Manager Mike Neary, “It’s great to be going back to the Isle of Man in 2009 having had such a successful time at Union Mills FC back in April this year. The response we get to our coaching techniques and philosophy from the players and parents alike is fantastic and our coaches are really looking forward to the two courses coming up in February.” Mike continues, “These two courses kick off our Club Development Course program in 2009 which will see our coaches travelling all across the UK and Ireland between February and August.”

 

The Club Development Courses provide a comprehensive coaching programme for clubs over three days and include the following fantastic benefits:

 

·          Coach/parent evening to gain an insight into how top youth teams prepare, play and recover from training and matches with our practical and theory sessions

·          Use of state of the art coaching equipment to make training sessions fun as well as educational

·          Exclusive gift pack including player passport

·          Two players from each course will be selected to play on the Old Trafford pitch

·          Two Premier League tickets available to win at each Club Development Course

·          Presentation to end the Soccer Schools experience on a high.

 

Courses are taking place on the Isle of Man on the following dates:

 

23rd - 25th Feb 2009, St John's FC, Mullen-E-Cloie

26th - 28th Feb 2009, Union Mills FC, Ballaoates Road

 

Places are available to book now on the St John’s FC course at £83.50 per player.  Currently the Union Mills FC course is only available to players playing for that club.
