Manchester United Soccer Schools (MUSS) will be at the Grass Roots Football LIVE event later this month.
The three-day exhibition dedicated to grass roots football is being held at the NEC in Birmingham, from 12-14 June, and MUSS will have a stand and practice area at the event.
On the opening day, Reds legend Denis Irwin – who made 529 appearances for United between 1990-2002, will be on the Manchester United Soccer Schools’ stand to be involved in our 10th year anniversary celebrations. He will take part in one of the coaching sessions in the practice zone and be available for photographs and to sign autographs.
Throughout the three days Under-16s will be able to take part in one of our skills challenges to win a place on a six-day residential courses at Denstone College this summer. There will also be three practical demonstrations each day, demonstrating how MUSS deliver coaching sessions using the development model.
On Saturday 13 June at 10am, UK and Ireland program manager Mike Neary will be in the Arena to deliver a coaching demonstration of Manchester United Soccer Schools’ ‘professional approach to coaching grass roots football’.
With a competition to win a signed Nemanja Vidic shirt, plus Denis Irwin to meet and excellent coaching to sample, there are plenty of reasons to come along to Grass Roots Football Live and visit the Manchester United Soccer Schools stand (SZ3 – 280). So come along!
