Young players taking part in a Manchester United Soccer Schools UK residential or player development course in 2010 will have an opportunity to win through to play at Old Trafford. This ‘road to Old Trafford’ is a key feature of our courses and a fantastic opportunity for a lucky group of young players to actually get to play on the hallowed turf.
On our residential courses you will take part in a number of skills challenges. These challenges are specifically tailored so all participants, regardless of age, can compete on level terms. One player from each residential course will be selected, based on these scores, to experience a once in a lifetime prize at the World Skills Final held in Manchester.

On our player development courses youngsters are selected to attend Champions Day based upon their performance in all five areas of the development model, especially our code of conduct. Champions Day is held at the end of the season on the pitch at Old Trafford. The selection process means that it is not necessarily the most technically gifted players, but rather those who demonstrate all the different aspects of what they’ve learnt on a Manchester United Soccer Schools course, who are invited to attend.

We look forward to seeing you on a course in 2010!
