The winner of Manchester United Soccer Schools’ Pass It On competition – which saw youngsters send in videos of themselves performing skills - has described his reward for winning as the “greatest prize ever”.
Tomos Kenneth (13) from North Wales, spent a week at Denstone College on a Soccer Schools’ residential course – an experience he says he’ll never forget.
“I had a great time. I learnt a lot more about football and made a load of new friends from all over the world (South Africa, Japan, Holland…),” says Tomos.
“My coach Ben was BRILLIANT, and all the other coaches were, too, he gave me loads of advice how to improve my game and I have been working on things he advised already.”
They say the best form of advertising is a personal recommendation, and Tomos has been telling everyone about his experience.
“I have been recommending the course to everybody in my team,” says Tomos. “It is brilliant, especially visiting Old Trafford.”
