The Competition is run by Manchester United Soccer Schools which is a trading name of Manchester United Merchandising Limited (company registration number: 4077874) whose registered address is at PO Box 263, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0WD (referred to below as “MUSS”).

Entrants this Competition are bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other terms of entry, rules or instructions as published on www.manutdsoccerschools.com.

Entry to the Competition is open to anyone who books a Manchester United Player Development Course (“PDC”) during the month of January 2011.  The Competition will close at midnight on 31 January 2011 in the United Kingdom

The winner of the Competition will be Manchester United’s mascot at the Manchester United v Manchester City on Sunday 13 February 2011.  The prize includes 3 additional tickets (one of which must be used by a responsible adult, parent or guardian) and kit for the mascot (no footwear included). No travel or expenses will be paid.

The winner will be determined through a random draw. MUSS’s decision is final. Neither correspondence nor any discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into. If the winner is unable to attend the football match on 13 February 2011, MUSS reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.

The Competition is not open to employees, agents, contractors or consultants of MUSS or Manchester United, their families or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, viruses, or any other causes outside MUSS’s control.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. MUSS retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

MUSS cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, death or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone by MUSS. The winner’s name will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to MUSS after 12 February 2011.

All 2011 PDC Course bookings already made will be automatically entered into this draw. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from them.
