In October 2010, Manchester United Soccer Schools delivered the first in a series of skills development programs in Abu Dhabi. The age-specific coaching course took place over six weeks with all players attending the programs, regardless of ability, taking part in a series of fun and challenging coaching sessions following the latest MUSS curriculum. Since then a range of ten-week modules, as well as short-term holiday and residential courses have taken place, with fantastic feedback from those involved.

As well as receiving a Nike training kit and goody bag, all players will also be given the opportunity to take part in a series of skills challenges, with selected participants being given the chance to attend the World Skills Final event and play on the pitch at Old Trafford.
